(“Taberik”), doing business as LamaMoon, and includes its founders, successors, corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, developers, partners, advertisers, distributors, and attorneys (collectively, the “Affiliated Entities”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, data, and materials provided by Taberik. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

You must be at least fourteen (13) years old to use this Site. If you are under 13, do not use the Site. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian review these Terms and grant permission for your use. Taberik reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected. You retain ownership of your Submissions, but you represent that: You own or have permission to share them. They do not infringe any third-party rights. They comply with applicable laws. Taberik may remove or edit any Submission at its discretion and is not responsible for user-generated content.

You agree not to: Post or share unlawful, false, or misleading information. Upload or distribute harmful software (viruses, worms, etc.). Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Collect user data or emails without consent. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site. Impersonate any person or entity. Post unauthorized promotional materials or spam. Use the Site for giveaways or promotions not approved by LamaMoon. Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. They do not infringe any third-party rights. They comply with applicable laws. Taberik may remove or edit any Submission at its discretion and is not responsible for user-generated content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). Taberik is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of Linked Sites. Your interactions with them are solely between you and those third parties.

If you have a dispute with another user, you release Taberik and its Affiliated Entities from all claims, demands, and damages related to such disputes.

Taberik may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. Taberik may also discontinue the Site entirely. Taberik is not liable for any resulting loss or damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taberik and its Affiliated Entities from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taberik and its Affiliated Entities will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Taberik’s total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access or use the Site.

The Site is controlled and operated from the United States. Users accessing the Site from outside the U.S. do so at their own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois for any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration. Arbitration: Before pursuing any claim in court, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty (30) days. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taberik regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings. Your continued use of LamaMoon.com confirms your acceptance of these Terms.
