Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your LamaMoon purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Personalized, custom, or final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Sale/clearance items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

Return Window

30 days from the date of delivery (for damaged, defective, incorrect items, or change of mind).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@lamamoon.com within 30 days with your order number and reason.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the RMA email.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5–10 business days). Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size/color issues (subject to availability). Contact us first to check stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of shipment. We will work with the carrier or issue a refund/replacement.
