Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Rates (United States)
- Free Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): Free on orders over $50 (continental US only)
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $7.99 flat rate (free on orders over $50)
- Priority Shipping (2–4 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: rates calculated at checkout
Note: Free shipping applies only to standard delivery (7–10 business days) and is available for continental United States. Expedited options are not eligible for free shipping.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear with the carrier. You can track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. Free standard shipping typically arrives in 7–10 business days, while paid standard is 3–7 business days.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LamaMoon is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@lamamoon.com within 30 days of shipment. We will help investigate with the carrier, file a claim if necessary, and arrange a resolution (replacement or refund).
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
